You can make a reservation by sending an email to and we will reply within 24 hours, or by calling +39 349 850 11 14 (Paolo); the information that will be requested is your:

  • name and surname
  • telephone number
  • date of arrival and departure
  • Number of people
  • Reporting of any forms of food allergies and intolerances


Booking implies acceptance of the Residence Rules.

During the booking 50% of the total amount will be requested as a deposit and can be paid through online payment according to operational instructions that will be provided.

The balance can be paid by cash, debit card, credit card, PayPal, upon arrival. Any extra expenses will be paid before checking out, in cash or by debit/credit card.

On request, possibility of special rates.

Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD and the most common cards in circulation.


Check in

From 4 pm to 8 pm.

In case you need to arrive earlier than the indicated check-in, you can deposit your luggage, free of charge, waiting for the rooms to be ready, subject to previous agreement and based on availability.

Upon your arrival, we request a valid personal identity document, necessary to comply with the residence rules established by current legislation.

To better organize your welcome and to provide you with all the information you need to reach the B&B, we kindly ask to inform us about the means of transport and arrival time.


Check out

Check-out is expected by 10 am.

Your luggage can be kept in free storage until the time you prefer, subject to previous agreement and based on availability.

In case you need to stay longer, please make arrangements in advance to allow the best solution based on availability.


Cancellation policy – Terms and Conditions

No penalty will be charged in case of cancellation up to the 7th day prior to the expected arrival day (in this case the sum paid as a confirmatory deposit will be fully refunded).

For cancellation from the 6th day prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully withheld.

For early departure the full price of the booked period will be charged.


Processing of Personal Data

B&B Valline processes sensitive and common personal data, necessary for carrying out the activity, also by means of electronic/digital documents, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR n ° 2016/679 and Legislative Decree n ° 196/2003. and to the General Authorization No. 4/2002 and subsequent amendments.

Personal data and any other personal element acquired, will be subject to a bond of secrecy and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person, through the application of specific protection and guarantee measures set up for the processing of sensitive data.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the regulatory provisions, the Customer is informed that his personal data will be processed solely for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship and for accounting, commercial and administrative purposes.

Rules of stay

Although we love animals, we have chosen not to admit them inside the structure, both for hygienic-sanitary reasons and out of respect for the different sensitivities of the guests.



To avoid the risk of loss of keys and for a better security system, we have decided to manage the access to the structure and to the rooms with electronic locks that work via code (communicated in advance at check-in) or via e-card on request.



To ensure a peaceful coexistence, we kindly ask you to have respectful behavior. In summary, it should be remembered that:

  • The guest is required to respect the spaces, the equipment and furnishings found in the structure
  • It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the spaces inside the structure; it is recommended to go to the outdoor area and use the appropriate ashtray, where you are kindly requested to leave the butts
  • Waste must be thrown into the dedicated bins
  • It is forbidden to use fire and/or electric stoves or anything else for cooking food in the rooms
  • The wastewater discharges do not flow into the Public Sewerage but rather into a purification plant installed ad hoc for the house, it is therefore essential that only toilet paper is thrown into the toilet. Any other waste including sanitary products for women, for which special bags are provided, must be placed in the bins located in the bathrooms, bedrooms, or common areas.

We strongly encourage respect for natural elements such as plants, wildlife, soil and water, through the reduction of waste and its responsible management.

We believe in environmental sustainability, and we like the idea of being promoters.

The property is not responsible for the theft or loss of objects left unattended inside the structure.



  • Breakfast, with sweet and savory products is mainly served as a self-service buffet and is available from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. Any extra times to be pre-agreed.


The present regulation is intended up to the time of booking.
